Follow-up question: 6 weeks post-op. Is this septal deviation or asymmetrical swelling?

Hi there, I am a Caucasian young woman who has had rhinoplasty six weeks ago. The swelling in my nose had been so bad I could breathe very well until recently. However one nostril I can breathe very well out and the other I can only a bit, I had closed rhinoplasty but had a lot of work done. Do you think this aysmetrity is swelling or septal issues? Let me know, ( I’ve included a photo of my nose straight out of surgery before the major swelling) I appreciate all opinions. Thank you guys!
