Does everyone who has FUE suffer shock loss?

I had fue but only started using finasteride a week after my op, now I'm worried I might have shock loss and if its irreversible

Not all surgery is the same and not all medical clinics produce the same results.  Not all patients have shock hair loss.

Not everyone gets "shock loss" after hair transplantation, and if you do get it, it is temporary.  Finasteride may offer some protection.

It is actually fairly uncommon for people to get shock loss from a hair transplant. Finasteride will offer some protection, PRP is also helpful. The good news is that shock loss is not only rare, but also only a temporary form of hair loss.
