Please could you take a look at the attached pictures, Im 1 month today post op, 2000 FUE, is this normal? if it is can you tell me what it is please, it looks really bumpy and feels raised almost like its scar tissue and its very shiny in the light. I'm getting concerned that this might be cobble-stoning? will this fade or is it permanent? and has anyone seen this before?

4 months is not a enough time to assess the result of hair transplantation. Hair start to regrow in 3-4 months and get better by time and takes all characteristic waviness and thickness in 12 -14 mo.
Thanks for the question. Based on your photos, the 2000-2500 grafts might be good option for you, but it would be wrong to say something for sure. You should see a board certified surgeon. You can then plan the process together and discuss the results. I wish you all the best.
