Apart from scar revision with surgery a combination of laser treatment and fillers can help soften your existing scars.

  Dermal filler is definitely an option, but will require annual treatments.  Given your young appearance you may want to consider fat grafting instead as this can provide a more permanent solution.  In addition fat graft may have the ability to remodel the scar based on delivery of stem cells to the area.  Adjunctive treatments with microneedling, PRP, and laser resurfacing can provide additional improvement if filling the indentation alone is not satisfactory.
