Delayed swelling and bruise on just one cheek after filler 12 days ago

Thank you for your question. A lot of what is going on depends on the type of filler you had and its placement. If you are concerned, I would recommend returning to your provider for evaluation to ensure everything is OK. Hopefully the provider used a hyaluronic acid type filler so if there is a problem it can be dissolved. I hope this helps and best of luck.

Thanks for your question.  I suggest going back to the injector who placed the product and let that person look at the area.  Without a picture it is hard to determine what this is.  At worse there could be some occlusion of blood supply although it is a bit late.  The nice thing is that if you are reacting to the product or have some occlusion HA filler can be reversed.  A delayed bruise is also possible if deep injection was done.  Again if not clearing or worsening I would see the provider for advise.
