I am 30 with good skin and no lines when my face is still. When i smile however i get really intense lines under my eye (worse on my right side) I hate how tired it makes me look! I use creams to keep the area hydrated. Would botox have any effect?

I agree that neuromodulator injection to the masseter muscle will help slim the jawline. I also agree with the experts here regarding the rhinoplasty. I think that rhinoplasty will make a bigger impact in terms of achieving your goal of appearing more "feminine."
