Can I use filler to fill in the dent in my nose? (Photos)

Hello and thank you for your question.  You are a great candidate for a non-surgical nose job.  With careful and strategic placement of filler, the bridge of your nose can be filled to smooth out the dent as well as raise it, creating a slimmer and more symmetric overall appearance.For the longest duration in a temporary filler, I usually use Voluma which gives my patients 1 to 1.5 years. Voluma is also reversible at any time with a simple enzyme injection. Once the filler wears off and the nose goes back to its original shape, I give my patients the option of repeating Voluma treatment or going with a permanent filler like Bellafill. This is also a very safe and effective filler, but it does not get dissolved by the body, so it lasts for many years, or, with many people, the rest of their lives.
Whether temporary or permanent, Non Surgical Rhinoplasty takes 5 to 15 minutes to perform, involves minimal pain, minimal risk, no downtime or swelling and you can see the results immediately after the procedure.

Fillers can be quite effective at improving superficial indentations of the nose. Hyaluronic acid based fillers are more preferable for this. The right amount on the right spot should not cause other irregularities while improving the dented area. I recommend consulting a board certified facial aesthetics specialist in person. Fillers can be used to improve dents, bumps, another irregularities of the nose. My choice is Hyaluronic acid fillers for this area. This is an advanced injection technique and complications can be devastating when the treatment is not performed properly. I use fillers in my practice to augment or correct distortions to address the patients concerns. The best approach is to correct or reshape after consulting with the patient to evaluate the overall desired outcome.
