I had a rhinoplasty about 3.5 years ago and there’s a dent in the middle of my nose. Am I able to use filler to make it not noticeable and perhaps make the mid bridge higher? What filler do you recommend? If I decided I like the way the filler looks on my nose, is there any filler that have a longer lasting or permanent effect? Thank you for your expertise!
