I have been getting Botox from a well-known clinic on Harley street for a while now and every time they inject me, I am left with ‘comma’ lines around my brows (see photo attached). I asked why this is and they said they can’t inject above my brow or it will be heavy. Can someone advise whether there is a clinic or person based in London who would be able to inject these lines for me next time so that I don’t have this problem? Thanks

Answer: Botox eyebrow lift Most Physicians treating patients with botox will do exactly what your doctor has done. The fear of the eyebrows dropping completely or having a frozen look is the reason why it is done this way. You can most certainly ask your doctor to experiment with a little more Botox where the comma is. This may be either loved by you in the future or absolutely hated. Good luck from New York City

Answer: Comma's Hello and thank you for your question. There is an easy solution to the "comma's", reinjection in the area 1 to1.5 inches above your brow. This is very common in Botox injections. Why? The Frontalis Muscle in your forehead is weakest at its lateral edge (in the "Comma Zone") and many of us are conservative in this area as you can drop the lateral portion of your eye muscles. I would return to your injector and ask for the lateral frontalis to be softened. Best of luck to you.
