Thank you for your question! A consultation would be required to determine which is the best product for you. You can use a combination of Botox and fillers to treat wrinkles and smooth lines. The price will be determined based on how much product you need. In our practice 20 units of Botox costs around $129. 

If you are not already doing it, I would suggest starting on a good vitamin C product and some retinol. These are ingredients known to support collagen formation. Regular Microdermabrasions or Hydrafacials will speed up the skin turnover so the skin stays supple and the static lines do not form even though you can still move your forehead. 

Botox would be your most effective option to treat your wrinkles.  Every doctor injects Botox in their own manner so it is difficult to provide you with the amount of units you would need or the amount you would pay.  If you do not want Botox, you could try microneedling with PRP.  This procedure stimulates collagen production within the skin which will help with the appearance of your wrinkles.Good luck!

Hello, it is possible that Botox may still help smooth out your static wrinkles. I would consider visiting a facial plastic surgeon or dermatologist for an evaluation. Additionally, a chemical peel can provide mild tightening and smoothing of the skin.

Dear DragonX_Fire,Botox is generally an on off switch for muscle activity. I get a fair amount of actors/actresses in my practice that are looking to reduce wrinkles but keep some expression. Finding an experienced physician injector is your best bet.Most of patients see first changes after 4-7 days and the final results after 10-14 days.it depends on the amount of Botox and area where it is injected but it usually last for 3-4 months.Daniel Barrett, MD

Thanks for your question and photos. Botox will definitely help but also good skincare to the area. Please see expert guidance in both acne skincare, you should probably try a retinoic acid (ie retin-A) product that will help with your acne but also your wrinkles.  As per your photo, your acne is still active and I would definitely seek guidance.  A good cleanser, then toner and then acne treatment including retin-A is a great start. Thank you for sharing your question and photograph.  I see your area of concern and do think Botox is the best option to directly address your concerns.  Once the underlying muscle of your forehead is weakened you should see gradual improvement in your wrinkles.  Remember that at your young age you should also invest in a good skin care regimen to help protect your tissues using a retinol, sunscreen, lightening cream and chemical peels.  Hope this helps.

your photograph, you may benefit from conservative botox treatment for your forehead.  Cost varies based on geographic region and surgeon expertise.   Make sure you specifically look
at before and after pictures of real patients who have had this surgery

important aspect is to find a surgeon you are comfortable with. I recommend

Some people are more expressive and can develop lines/wrinkles at an early age.  Botox or other neurotoxins would be an excellent choice to address your concerns.  It will also help minimize the size of your pores.  Consult with an experienced cosmetic physician who can best counsel you and also place you in a skin care regimen and maintenance treatments such as chemical peels and hydrafacials to further optimize the results.
