Breast implants/infertility. Should I get them removed?

Hi there have had the Mentor memory gel implants for around 4.5 years. Have been trying to have a baby for around 3 . After four rounds of IVF with all abnormal embryos (chromosomal) am beginning to wonder if the implants are leaching chemicals into my blood stream . I also have raised inflammatory markers such as cytokines and natural killeer cells .. The causes of which are unexplained. Should I get them removed ?
