Excellent and very happy with my rhinoplasty results. Thank you Dr Spear, Lisa and Sonia. My English is not very good but they did everything possible to communicate and understand me, See you soon. Thank you again!
All I can say is Dr Scott Spear in Chevy Chase, Maryland is an absolute genius. He is an artist. He and his staff went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and give me the results I only could have dreamed possible. His professionalism and attention to detail makes me feel sexier than I have in years. The entire staff was attentive and supportive and overall this was the best decision I have ever made for myself. Praise God for the Amazing Dr. Spear and his gifted talents. Thank you so so much. You guys changed my life. Updated on 12 Oct 2015: I am about 5'3" weigh between 112-116 athletic and love my uhp inspira srx models sub muscular. Dr Spear is a genius. I had a lift earlier this spring and still had some rippling and lose skin so we redid the augmentation and it is perfect! He and the staff made me feel so comfortable and I am eternally grateful to them.
Because of my minor scoliosis, my chest and shoulders, and practically my entire frame was a-symmetrical. I decided to have breast augmentation so that I could have more symmetry and it was the second best decision I have ever made. The first best was choosing Dr. Scott Spear to perform my surgery. From start to finish Dr. Spear and his staff were wonderful. I consulted with a total of 6 surgeons before I picked Dr. Spear. During my consultation with him, which lasted two hours (this stood out to me because I didn't feel rushed for a second), I realized this was the doctor that I would be scheduling with. He mapped out exactly what he would be doing and we discussed all of the possible options that would be a fit for me. Because of the a-symmetry, we chose to use shaped textured implants--different sizes, and different shapes. Dr. Spear had a complex case with me, and did a marvelous job. I am very happy with the results. I had the surgery on a Thursday, and was back to work on Monday. Although I was uncomfortable for about 3 weeks because of the soreness, the recovery overall was not long. I couldn't have chosen a better doctor for my surgery, I would definitely recommend Dr. Spear!
The wait for this doctor was 30 minutes or longer at times plus they knew I had traveled over 3 hours to be there. The receptionist and nurse were very nice. Dr Spear was very nice. But in the end he did not help my. I am over one year out and my money was completely wasted. I wish I never went to him because he destroyed my inframmary folds I was told on several other consultations. It's going to cost more money now to fix what he left me with and now he's deceased.
Your result is still evolving, but your outcome is partly dependent on your native anatomy and shape. You may need a bigger implant to get the type of result you were imagining.
Whether to massage or not depends on what type of implants you have, textured or smooth, round or textured. If you have smooth implants, then massaging is appropriate. They most likely will get softer in time.
I perform breast augmentation on women from outside Washington DC frequently and let them travel a day or 2 later.i agree with the comments of other surgeons that travel is ok, but strenuous activity should be limited for 3 weeks or so. The transaxillary approach is particularly safe for travel since the incision is not on the breast
Both smooth and textured implants can give you great results. Because you are so athletic, I would lean towards a prepectoral textured implant either round or shaped.
Your photographs and body description are not of sufficient quality to allow a reliable opinion, but it appears that a lift or Mastopexy would be advisable to achieve an attractive result regardless of the size.
