I get eczema, hayfever and I have mild asthma. I'm allergic to cats and dogs and self tan products. This makes me nervous about having Botox.I would like it in the forehead area but I am concerned I might develop another allergy as my other allergies listed weren't from birth and developed in adolescence. I seem to have very reactive skin. Would Botox be safe for me?

I always tell my patients to avoid exercise the same day after I inject Botox and to be upright and not to lie down for 6 hours after the procedure. Best, Dr. Green
Thank you for your question. We checked with Allergan the company that manufactures Botox and they said, drinking alcohol after Botox should not affect the Botox. I hope you find this helpful.
