How can I achieve cheek dimples like Angelina Jolie? (Photos)

Question

I've added a couple of photos at differing weights to show that my zygo. is always wide, and I attribute this to a wide bone itself rather than any weight gain. Angelina Jolie also has a wide zygo., yet this tapers down to produce lovely dimpling in the lower cheeks. How could I go about achieving this, as I believe I have the structure to achieve it underneath my skin tissue, fat etc. Would buccal fat removal/reduction work? Thanks!

Buccal fat removal gives quite subtle changes under the cheekbone (zygoma). This is usually done as a day case under a general anaesthetic.
I would suggest to confirm this with your surgeon.
