I'm in my early 20s and I want to get rid of facial fat in my lower cheeks / jowl area. I've read up on accusculpt and it sounds appealing due to it being less invasive. Additionally, I've been told that it can help lift and tighten skin but from my understanding, this effect is temporary. I'm mainly concerned about whether or not accusculpting will cause skin sagging after this temporary effect is gone due to it taking away fat in the face.
