I have been getting fillers for about five years now for some bags I used to have but now this is annoying me. Thoughts?

Answer: Cheek indent when i smile hard? I would consider that a cute dimple. As the face ages the mechanics of it change.......with extreme expressions like a huge smile the skin folds differently than it did before. The problem is that to make that crease better with smiling you may have to make that cheek noticeably bigger in repose and everyone who doesn’t notice your smile dimple now will ask you what that lump is in your cheek after treatment.
