How can I fix this cheek indent when i smile hard? It started appearing a couple years ago! (Photo)

This is my expertise and a huge portion of my practice. Asymmetry is normal and expected. Buccal fat pad gives slimming not symmetry. Masseter botox will make you slimmer and make the jawline more loose. Fillers help give shaping and contouring. If you want perfect or close to perfect symmetry you need maxillofacial surgery or implants customized. I suggest seeing an expert to go through all options. I would consider that a cute dimple. As the face ages the mechanics of it change.......with extreme expressions like a huge smile the skin folds differently than it did before. The problem is that to make that crease better with smiling you may have to make that cheek noticeably bigger in repose and everyone who doesn’t notice your smile dimple now will ask you what that lump is in your cheek after treatment.

There are worse things than that coming up as you age.
