Would a 350cc implants give me a size C or D? (photos)

The main thing to consider is not the size of the implant but the results that you are aiming for.It is best to schedule a consult during which you will be provided with the right tools to make a well educated decision. It is important to mention that the
finest cosmetic results in any particular case are based on a variety of
factors, including: the unique anatomy of the patient, realistic expectations,
a well-informed and detailed discussion with your plastic surgeon concerning
the best options for you especially covering a deep understanding of the pros
and cons of any given choice you will adopt.



Please keep in mind that following the
advice from a surgeon online who offers to tell you what to do without a
physical examination covering the nature and the status of the tissue,
assessing your desired outcome, taking a full medical history, and discussing
the pros and cons of each operative solution would not be in your best
interest. With that in mind, it is the safest and for your best interest to
find a plastic surgeon with solid experience and certified by the American
Board of Plastic Surgery who is ideally a member of the American Society of
Plastic Surgeons that you will trust and be comfortable with. You should
discuss your concerns with that surgeon in person.

Thank you for your question and photographs, and congratulations on your decision to pursue a breast augmentation.  Though relatives can be of similar body frame, only an in-person examination of your breasts, and detailed discussion of your goal appearance, can lead to selection of the the appropriate size and style of implant.  It is important that you find a physician that understands your desired outcome and with whom you feel comfortable with in proceeding.  As far as sizing, most women will see a cup size difference with 100-150cc's but this is extremely variable.   Based on your photographs, you may want to also consider a simultaneous breast lift with your implants in order to elevate your native breast tissue, and reposition your nipple into a higher, more youthful, position.
