I would like to be a size C , would 350 cc be ok? If you look at my cousin pic she went for 300cc and ended being a size C, does it mean I would be a D with 350cc ?

Answer: Keep in mind what is proportionate to your frame Thanks for your question and the photos. It sounds like your ideal size is smaller than that of your cousin. If so this needs to be communicated to your surgeon and the photos are a great way to start. You appear to have little native breast tissue and a stretched breast envelope. There is a certain volume necessary to stretch this back out. Without seeing a preop of your cousin it is impossible to give you a prediction. Although it's difficult to given accurate advice sometimes on line, I think somewhere b/w 300-350 will be a good range. Best of Luck!

As far as sizing, most women will see a cup size difference with 100-150cc's but this is extremely variable. Based on your photographs, you may want to also consider a simultaneous breast lift with your implants in order to elevate your native breast tissue, and reposition your nipple into a higher, more youthful, position.
