Would a 350cc implants give me a size C or D? (photos)

I would like to be a size C , would 350 cc be ok? If you look at my cousin pic she went for 300cc and ended being a size C, does it mean I would be a D with 350cc ?

Hello Belabela,Thank for your inquiry.Based on the photos you have provided, I believe that your goal is very reasonable. The main thing to consider is not the size of the implant but the results that you are aiming for.It is best to schedule a consult during which you will be provided with the right tools to make a well educated decision. It is important to mention that the
finest cosmetic results in any particular case are based on a variety of
factors, including: the unique anatomy of the patient, realistic expectations,
a well-informed and detailed discussion with your plastic surgeon concerning
the best options for you especially covering a deep understanding of the pros
and cons of any given choice you will adopt.

Please keep in mind that following the
advice from a surgeon online who offers to tell you what to do without a
physical examination covering the nature and the status of the tissue,
assessing your desired outcome, taking a full medical history, and discussing
the pros and cons of each operative solution would not be in your best
interest. With that in mind, it is the safest and for your best interest to
find a plastic surgeon with solid experience and certified by the American
Board of Plastic Surgery who is ideally a member of the American Society of
Plastic Surgeons that you will trust and be comfortable with. You should
discuss your concerns with that surgeon in person.

Depending on the individual anatomy and desired results, estimations and measurements should be made for each patient individually after a detailed mutual conversation. The elements that form up the breast shape and size and the overall frame can be different in each person. It will be best to consult a board certified plastic surgeon who is experienced in cosmetic breast surgery in person and discuss your goals and options after a physical examination.

Thanks for your question and the photos. It sounds like your ideal size is smaller than that of your cousin. If so this needs to be communicated to your surgeon and the photos are a great way to start. You appear to have little native breast tissue and a stretched breast envelope. There is a certain volume necessary to stretch this back out. Without seeing a preop of your cousin it is impossible to give you a prediction. Although it's difficult to given accurate advice sometimes on line, I think somewhere b/w 300-350 will be a good range. Best of Luck!

Thank you for your question.  It is very difficult to tell based on your photos alone what a 350cc breast implant would give you in terms of cup size.  It may be worthwhile to return to your surgeon's office and use whatever sizing method to see what 350cc breast implants will do for you.  An increase of only 50cc generally does not increase the breast size by one cup size.

Thank you for your question and photographs, and congratulations on your decision to pursue a breast augmentation.  Though relatives can be of similar body frame, only an in-person examination of your breasts, and detailed discussion of your goal appearance, can lead to selection of the the appropriate size and style of implant.  It is important that you find a physician that understands your desired outcome and with whom you feel comfortable with in proceeding.  As far as sizing, most women will see a cup size difference with 100-150cc's but this is extremely variable.   Based on your photographs, you may want to also consider a simultaneous breast lift with your implants in order to elevate your native breast tissue, and reposition your nipple into a higher, more youthful, position.

is the most important.  The implant plus your breast is important regarding size post implant.  You will most likely be a C cup in some bras and a D in other, such as Victoria Secret.

It is difficult to say what size you would be without taking your measurements, but generally speaking 300 cc implants are needed to go from a small B cup to a full C cup. Consult with your plastic surgeon what size implant would be best to get you to the size you desire.

Bras are not standardized. A "D" cup bra from Victoria Secrets may be considered a "C" cup from bras made in South America. Try NOT to compare yourself with your cousin. Get your chest/base-width of your breasts measured and get the implants that fit your breasts and chest. After that, you can worry about your bra size. Note also that if you wear a 38D bra, you can also wear a 40C bra. Sometimes it depends on the design of the bra or how the bra fits on your Breasts/chest. Best of luck.

Keeping it short I'd say that a 350 cc implant is not going to put you into a D cup.  However, its very difficult to guarantee a cup size as there is no standardization in bra makers.  As a rule of thumb I estimate about 200 cc is roughly a cup size.  So 50 cc is not going to push you up a full cup size.  Talk to your surgeon about your concerns.  Best wishes.
