Should I pinch my nose after non-surgical rhinoplasty?

Doctor told me to pinch my nose softly as much as possible during the first two days after the procedure. How often? Is it really necessary?

It is likely this bump is due to glandular tissue that can be treated with laser, but should only be done by someone very experienced as this type of treatment is aggress and requies a well trained physician.
