Can I get a non surgical nose job just to lift the tip of my nose?

Typically nonsurgical nose jobs are used to correct postoperative rhinoplasty deformities and/or blend in contour irregularities like bumps and depressions.  They usually make the nose bigger.  A combination of Botox to the nasal tip depressor muscles and strategically placed injections of filler material can create the illusion that the tip is lifted.  If you only need a tiny amount of lift, then this method might work.  Otherwise I recommend proper tip surgery to create a more lasting tip lift.  Consult a rhinoplasty specialist to see what procedures you may be a candidate for.Good luck,Dr. Shah

better aesthetics. This often involves removing dorsal humps, lifting drooping
tips, and narrowing the nose - making the nose appear smaller overall. A
