I had a single stage subpectoral reconstruction of the left breast with a silicone implant in 2014. Rock climbing has never been the same. My left pec is always tight, despite constant stretching. I would like to do a prepectoral conversion but would also like to plan a rock climbing trip to Greece in May of 2025. How long does it take for the sutured pec to rehab back to normal?
