Thank you for your question. I have been in practice almost 30 years, and a large portion of my practice is dedicated to breast revision surgery. I have a whole gallery of patients just like you with chronic changes associated with implants on top of the muscle. Almost always, the implants travel down the chest. I called this "slide down ". In fact, I wrote a paper on repositioning implants under the muscle. You are an excellent candidate for this along with a mastopexy-lift. Best wishes to you.

At this time, your implants are quite low on the chest wall and the center of the implant is below the inframammary edge of the pectoralis major muscle. The technique I recommend is explantation and lift using The Bellesoma Method. The implants are removed, your breast tissue is reshaped creating upper pole fullness, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided. Later, fat transfers or small implants can be placed if additional volume is desired.
