Dmx with 2 revisions about 2 years ago. I have high profile implants over the muscle. My last surgery involved fat grafting, which did not take. My chest is concave and my implants sit below the incision. I would love to have a more natural look at the top of my breasts. I have been approved for a DIEP procedure, but I am wondering if going to UTM will give me the results I'm looking for. I would like to avoid another major scar on my body from the DIEP procedure
