Is it possible I can go under local anesthesia to get a rhinoplasty? (Photo)

Sevenco
I want an alar base reduction and my bridge narrowed. I think I'll have to get the nose broken to narrow. I'll feel more comfortable under local although general is safer. Is it possible I can get my desired surgery with local anesthesia/ night sedation?
