Yes, rhinoplasty can be done under local anesthesia. I do all my alarplasties under local anesthesia with mild oral sedation.
Fixing the wide nasal bridge can also be done but can be uncomfortable at times since the nasal bones need to be broken.
It is important to discuss these options in detail with your surgeon to make sure they are used to performing a rhinoplasty under anesthesia. It is not easy to do and not everyone is trained to perform it.

Since someone's nose is part of the airway, there is naturally bleeding that will go from the nose into the throat. General anesthetic, by definition, is marked by a breathing tube in the trachea which prevents blood from entering the lungs. Since general anesthetic protects somebody's Airway from aspiration pneumonia, this is the only anesthetic that we offer for a complex rhinoplasty procedure including osteotomies. If you want the bridge narrowed then the nasal bone must be broken and this cannot be done under local anesthesia, it will have to be done under general anesthesia.

I do not think it is possible and certainly not recommended to get this procedure done just under local. If it was just some skin issues then possibly, but general anesthesia is the way to go, not just because of the discomfort and pain that would be hard to control with local only, but there will be blood and fluid running down your nose/throat and with general anesthesia we can block that and control the airway.

Some surgeons do rhinoplasty under local anesthesia with sedation. However it is more important to find the best surgeon and whether local or general anesthesia should be a secondary priority

The alar base surgery can absolutely be done with local anesthesia only and/or a little sprinkle of IV sedation. For the bones, you will need to be a little deeper to be comfortable but there are some anesthesiologists who can put you a little deeper but still not put you under general to allow you to be comfortable through this. It's most important to discuss these concerns specifically with your provider to see what is capable in that office/setting.

Yes, rhinoplasty can be done in local anesthesia including lateral osteotomies on well-informed and prepared patients. However, looking at your photos and the complexity of the correction required, my choice would be general anesthesia since you will need septoplasty to harvest cartilage grafts for tip correction and support. This needs to be discussed with your surgeon ahead of surgery. Good luck.

It is very difficult to undergo a full open rhinoplasty under local anesthesia. Narrowing of the bridge of the nose requires osteotomy (controlled fracture) of the nasal and maxillary bones, which can not be done under local anesthesia. Minor procedures like alar base reduction, however, can be performed under local anesthesia.

You can certainly perform an alar-plasty to narrow wide nostrils under local anesthesia. Any, and all bone work to narrow the bridge line requires general anesthesia to protect your airway. You're not gonna be able to undergo osteotomy's under local anesthesia, it would simply be too painful.
