I have had thrombocytopenia since I was 15 years old, I am 26 now. My platelets have always been around 55-65k per microliter. I have never been tested for the actual cause. I was told if I am to have a child I will require steroids. I’m looking into a BBL. Is it safe to do without taking anything? Can I use steroids to under go surgery such as a BBL,? Will steriods effect my results or impact my recovery in a negative way? Is it worth the risk at all? Any insight would be much appreciated.
