Hello and Great Question. I appreciate the time you are spending researching this procedure. My name is Dr. Matthew J. Nykiel. I am a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon, a Fellowship Trained Cosmetic Surgeon, and a Butt Augmentation Specialist.Based on your pictures you are a great candidate for a Brazilian Butt Lift, this procedure typically includes liposuction of your stomach, waist, back and flanks, then transferred to the desired area. I would recommend to make an in person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon who specializes in this procedure.I hope that helps! Best of Luck!Matthew J. A good candidate has enough fat available for transfer in the procedure. The amount of fat that can be transferred in a BBL depends on how much fat the patient has to harvest and the amount of space there is to move the fat into. It is recommended for the patient to have a BMI of 30 or less. If you are too thin, a Brazilian Butt Lift may not be possible.
Thank you for your question. The amount of fat transferred during a BBL depends on the quantity available and the extent of buttock augmentation each patient desires. Sufficient body fat for a buttock augmentation is very patient-specific, depending on an individual’s body shape and proportions as well as their expectations. Buttock augmentation with fat grafting is one of our most popular procedures in Colombia, and from experience we can tell you that some patients do very well with 300 cc of fat per side while others can need 800 cc or more. That said, you definitely have to choose your surgeon correctly and make sure that he/she has the training and experience to meet your goals with absolute safety. Best is a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon with specialized expertise in this procedure.
Thank you for your question. Based on your photos you can improve your body contour and get better curves with full body intense liposuction and take the fat we get and transfer it to the butt and hips, to mold them and get better volume, contour and butt projectionRespectfully,Dr. Emmanuel Mallol Cotes.
