I fainted 4 days post op BBL after showering and woke up on my back! Will that kill fat cells or deform my shape?

I fainted 4 days post my bbl surgery and woke up on my back , as soon as I was conscious I flipped over but I’m assuming I woulda hit the floor hard when fainting . How much effect would that have on my newly transported fats.
