Is it good to have a vacuum slim machine 2.5 weeks post bbl? Or is ultra sound better or ultrasonic cavitation or infrared?

Hi , my lower back is very very stiff, it’s swollen and I can not bend because of the stiffness and the swelling and knots. So basically I been getting lymphatic massages done manually and I was wondering what else can help?? I’ve had my 7th session today and improving but very very slow. What’s a good machine to speed up the process?
