Uneven swollen lips after Princess filler. Should I wait some days or remove the filler? (Photo)

I had a 1ml Princess filler yesterday. Later i recognised tht i have some lumbs. So the nurse told me that i should take a Painkiller and massage the lips. So i did it yesterday at night & the lumbs on bottom got a bit better than before. Now my lips are very swollen, but i can see a huge uneven diffrence which bothers me, cause im afraid that after the swolleness goes away, that it stays uneven like that. Can you please tell me If i should wait some days or remove the filler? If even possible
