I want to get a Brazilian Butt Lift and natural breast augmentation, but not at the same time. Can you lipo from the same areas twice, or should I request the surgeon only lipo on one area for my brazilian butt lift so I can lipo other areas for my natural breast augmentation?

Although you CAN liposuction the same are twice, it is much more difficult the second time.  If you were going to truly do your plan, I would try to do separate areas.  however, I doubt you have enough fat to adequately do both areas.

	Also, natural breast augmenation is still in it's infancy.  I went to a meeting where they worked on a patient for 4 hours and achieved about 100 cc when it was all said and done.  Well that won't cut it for most folks.  Thankfully implants are safe and effective!

The same area can be liposuctioned twice, but getting the area just perfect the first time is better than revising it later.  Find a plastic surgeon with ELITE credentials who performs hundreds of liposuction procedures and Brazilian buttlifts each year.  Then look at the plastic surgeon's website before and after photo galleries to get a sense of who can deliver the results.

You can actually suction the area several times. If the procedure has been done correctly this should almost never happen. Occasionally patients will gain weight in the area that was liposuctioned and benefit from a revisional treatment.
