From the picture, you do appear to be a reasonable candidate for neck liposuction. At your age, I would never consider a facelift. Whether or not you have submuscular fat requires a direct examination. If so, then direct excision of it through an excision just behind the chin could also remove that.make sure you see a plastic surgeon experienced in both neck surgery and liposuction.
