I had lipo on my upper legs. The doctor went over the tops of my thighs, very visible divots and misses. Can this be improved?

Yes. Liposuction is the number one procedure that I perform. Therefore, I get lots of patients consult me for revisions. Divots can be corrected. To correct divots over the top of you legs, you will require a combination of expert liposuction with VASER, possible Renuvion skin contracture, as well as fat grafting, and possible tucking of skin along the infra-abdominal crease. The tucking can be incorporated into a mini or full tummy tuck depending on your needs. A consultation with an expert body contouring specialist would be very helpful.

To make an assessment we at a minimum need to see quality pictures.

It’s also a good idea to use correct terminology. On the human body the leg goes between the ankle and the knee. The thigh is between the knee and the hip.
