About 2 months ago I got lipo on my outer thighs. It created the appearance of hip dips, or small bulges of fat on my hips, which I did not have before. My surgeon suggests that if I am unhappy, he can take care of it with more lipo on my hip area. Do you think this is a good idea? Or should I just leave it alone at this point? Here are photos where I have edited the area to show what I hope to achieve. https://imgur.com/a/exk I have also had a tummy tuck, and lipo on my inner thighs and arms.
