Hi Yoman588, Congratulations on your weight loss!! That's fantastic! A tummy tuck would be your best bet because it is the only way to remove the extra skin. Liposuction only removes fat and does nothing for extra skin. You will be a wonderful tummy tuck candidate if you are healthy. Be prepared for a rough several weeks of recovery! Without looking at your photos the answer is lipo without tummy tuck would be a disaster, and that is confirmed by looking at your photos. Your skin has lost any ability to contract after liposuction and is in fact loose now. Unfortunately that laxity extends laterally to your sides necessitating a longer incision to remove that loose skin too.
