Congratulations on the weight loss! Liposuction only treats excess fat. Energy assisted liposuctions like Laser or Vaser can help with skin contraction but they will never be comparable to a Tummy Tuck. A tummy tuck is the only procedure that can get rid of excess skin and can repair your abdominal muscles in their entirety. You have too much excess skin for any kind of liposuction. You are actually a great candidate for a tummy tuck. A traditional Tummy Tuck with muscle repair or an Extended Tummy Tuck with muscle repair is you best and only option for a tight, firm and fat tummy. Best of luck,Dr. Miguel Mota
Hi Yoman588, Congratulations on your weight loss!! That's fantastic! A tummy tuck would be your best bet because it is the only way to remove the extra skin. Liposuction only removes fat and does nothing for extra skin. You will be a wonderful tummy tuck candidate if you are healthy. Be prepared for a rough several weeks of recovery! You will need help with the children for 6 weeks. Best wishes!
Without looking at your photos the answer is lipo without tummy tuck would be a disaster, and that is confirmed by looking at your photos. Your skin has lost any ability to contract after liposuction and is in fact loose now. Unfortunately that laxity extends laterally to your sides necessitating a longer incision to remove that loose skin too.
You are not a candidate for lipo 360. Your best option is to have liposuction of the sides and lower back along with an abdominoplasty. The excess abdominal skin with stretch marks and a panniculus (hanging skin) are general contraindications to liposuction.Best wishes,Dr. Taranow

Based on your pictures and weight loss, liposuction alone will not help you. A combination of tummy tuck and liposuction, or perhaps a body lift is a better option. An in person assessment is best. I offer a No-Drain Rapid Recovery Tummy Tuck - learn more in the link below.
At 5'7 and 168 lbs, your BMI is 26 which is slightly overweight. You may benefit from liposuction. However, if the skin hangs you may need a tummy tuck. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.
You appear to be a good liposuction candidate. You don't appear to have excess skin and your skin quality looks healthy. I think flank liposuction and possible lower abdominal lipo would help give you your desired shape.
In general, the benefits of an aggressive lipo360 with JPlasma on the front, back, and minor fat transfer depend on various factors, including the amount and distribution of fat in the treated areas, skin quality and elasticity, and individual preferences and goals. Lipo360 with JPlasma is a...
Standard liposuction should not change the appearance of the umbilicus (belly button) unless performed with an abdominoplasty. Wearing an umbilical shaping device can improve your chances of having an aesthetically pleasing umbilicus following your procedure whether performing liposuction alone...
