Hi! I've lost about 60lb since having my child (3). I was unsure if i should just do lipo 360 or a tummy tuck?

Congratulations on the weight loss! Liposuction only treats excess fat. Energy assisted liposuctions like Laser or Vaser can help with skin contraction but they will never be comparable to a Tummy Tuck. A tummy tuck is the only procedure that can get rid of excess skin and can repair your abdominal muscles in their entirety.

You have too much excess skin for any kind of liposuction. You are actually a great candidate for a tummy tuck. A traditional Tummy Tuck with muscle repair or an Extended Tummy Tuck with muscle repair is you best and only option for a tight, firm and fat tummy.

Hi Yoman588, Congratulations on your weight loss!! That's fantastic! A tummy tuck would be your best bet because it is the only way to remove the extra skin. Liposuction only removes fat and does nothing for extra skin. You will be a wonderful tummy tuck candidate if you are healthy. Be prepared for a rough several weeks of recovery! You will need help with the children for 6 weeks.  Best wishes!

Without looking at your photos the answer is lipo without tummy tuck would be a disaster, and that is confirmed by looking at your photos. Your skin has lost any ability to contract after liposuction and is in fact loose now. Unfortunately that laxity extends laterally to your sides necessitating a longer incision to remove that loose skin too.

You are not a candidate for lipo 360.  Your best option is to have liposuction of the sides and lower back along with an abdominoplasty.  The excess abdominal skin with stretch marks and a panniculus (hanging skin) are general contraindications to liposuction.
