Philtrum is currently 20mm and I have absolutely no tooth show. Lip lift? (photos)

The normal distance is approximately 15mm and you would need about 5mm removed. Also, you need your corners pulled up as well. I recommend a lip lift. A lip lift does 4 things: shortens the distance between your nose and upper lip, increases the mucosa of the upper lip, increases the incisor show and pulls up the corners.

It is not possible to tell you how much of your philtrum needs to be removed without examining you to see how high your teeth are, but based on the ratio between your philtrum and the skin show under your lower lip, it is possible that as much as 10 mm would have to be removed. The balance and harmony is important in any plastic surgery procedure, but it is critical in lip lifting. You should also consider chin augmentation. Again, an in person examination or at least a virtual visit is a must before validating these recommendations.

Thank you for sharing your question and photograph. You look to be a good lip lift candidate to reduce the distance from nose to lip margin. This will improve your tooth and lip "show." Seek out a specialist for the best advice.
