Right now, I have to get lip filler and a Botox lip lift every 3-4 months to maintain a top lip. The last time I had filler was august (4 months before these pictures).

When I do a lip lift, I use long-acting sutures that are self dissolving. These are placed in the dermal layer and usually dissolve in 6 months. Other techniques, use skin sutures across the incision line leaving "railroad track" scars.
