Am I a candidate for a lip lift? (photos)

Right now, I have to get lip filler and a Botox lip lift every 3-4 months to maintain a top lip. The last time I had filler was august (4 months before these pictures).

When I do a lip lift, I use long-acting sutures that are self dissolving. These are placed in the dermal layer and usually dissolve in 6 months. Other techniques, use skin sutures across the incision line leaving "railroad track" scars. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Hi, You are a great candidate for lip lift. I have found leaving 13-14mm behind looks great, you can estimate what that looks like by pressing on the skin below your nose and measuring the distance! The 13-14mm distance is from the nasal base to top of the upper lip (vermillion border)
