Am I a good candidate for a bullhorn lip lift? Lacking tooth show (photos)

I'm wondering if I am a good candidate for a bullhorn lip lift. I'd like to increase my tooth show. I have a small face and my philtrum is a bit long (about 15-16 mm). I've included multiple photos from various angles. For the photo in which I'm showing lots of teeth- I have to smile in a very exaggerated way to get my teeth to show.

Hi, You are a great candidate for a lip lift. I usually leave 13mm behind, a well done lip lift will harmonize your face and will look very pretty

A lip lift does 4 things: shortens the distance between your nose and upper lip, increases the mucosa of the upper lip, increases the incisor show and pulls up the corners. You would benefit from a lip lift and I would remove more laterally then centrally. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.
