Internal scar tissue in ‘wet lip’ after juverderm - what I can do?

I had Restylane Kiss filler in my lips in 2019 and it has all dissolved now, except for 2 lumps inside of my upper ‘wet lip’. I have tried to have these dissolved and they didn’t go away and my practitioner told me she thought it could be internal scar tissue from the lip filler. I was just hoping for a second opinion on this and any help as to how I can go about contacting someone to have this revised so I no longer have the scars?
