Based on your photo, you appear to have a scar that involves both the pink of your lip and the white of your lip. On your examination, microdroplet Silikon-1000 may be considered for adding permanent volume to your lip where it is deficient. Yours is a very tricky situation. Scars don't provide any normal "stretch" or "give" to the skin that the non-scarred area of the lip has. You could end up with a puffy-filled lip that has a hard line through it where the scar is. A hyaluronic acid filler is not permanent and will not last forever so if you try and don't like it, you can have it dissolved it.

Hello. Lip filler can be used to address asymmetries either genetic or via trauma. If performed by an experienced injector a small amount of filler can be used to even out the lip. Based on your history of multiple surgeries there is the possibility of scar tissue that can make the treatment more challenging however.

Having had previous facial trauma does that exclude you from having the fillers.
It may however be difficult to get good results because of your previous injury and surgeries.
The areas were unit volume may be resistant to expansion because of scar tissue. This might mean that surrounding areas respond beautifully to fillers but where you need the volume more does not respond making contour irregularities worse.
If you’re going to do fillers I would first and foremost recommend only working with highly experienced providers Who have a clear understanding with the surgical background. Understanding the implications of scar tissue with volume augmentation is important. Injections should also be done very cautiously to make sure things are not looking worse. good improvements are not seen with conservative volumes then it’s probably a good idea to stop and not inject more fillers. One option I’ve done in the past is to simply inject saline (0.9%salt water) which can mimic to some degree what fillers will do for a very short period of time.
Immediately after injecting Celine pictures can be taken or you can look in the mirror. if the results look complementary then you can move forward and commit to injecting the filler.
If injecting saline causes worsening of the contour deformity then don’t move forward with the filler.
Different providers will have different opinions.
I would be very selective in who I choose to be and make sure they are leaning towards a more conservative approach.
