I had lipo in 2014 (about 9 years ago) above my knees and on the inside of my knees. I don’t know if it matters but I still have some fat on my quads which wasn’t part of the procedure. Would a knee lift be the best and only option to smooth out the sagging skin? Is there any non-invasive treatment to smooth out the saggy skin? Is the fact that the fat was removed from that area above the knee and loss of volume the main reason for the laxity? I can’t believe it’d solely be cause of aging.

Answer: Morpheus8 can help reduce appearance of saggy skin around the knees.
I recommend abdominoplasty with mesh reinforcement. The mesh creates a more hourglass figure by compressing the abdominal wall resulting in early satiety and helps maintain a reduced weight.

You will need a tummy tuck. This will help smooth out the contour irregularities as there is no other way to correct this.
