My butt looks worse after Cellfina - what other options are available? (Photos)

I had Cellfina and now my butt looks way worse. I have large lines/dents. I've seen 2 different plastic surgeons that have recommended BBL or Bodytite. I've tried Morpheus8, Halo laser with no success. I appreciate any other suggestions.
