What can I do to make the bottom part of my nose look more projected? (Photos)

Depression near nose - I had a revision rhinoplasty over a year ago. I am happy with the outcome (I know it isn’t perfect and is still crooked, but way better then before) however there is a depression right near my nose that bothers me. I feel like the bottom part of nose needs to project off my face more. I feel like I had it before any of my rhinoplasty’s but it got worse after them. What can I do to make the bottom part of my nose look more projected?

If you are concerned about the groove between your nostril margin and right cheek, it may be softened a bit with filler, however, this is a difficult area to correct due to the thickness of the cheek skin, and the depth of the groove. Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photographs, there are several different types of grafts that could help your alar base region in addition to adding more tip definition.   With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person.
