I have rather prominent eyes with huge eyebags so I'm seeking permanent cosmetic solutions to them. But I am not sure what implants I should get.

Having in mind that all other options are practically without benefits, cheek implants may be predictable option. It would be best to discuss this option with a surgeon who has good experience with facial Implants. Hope this helps. Good luck.
