Dear Anon246,Thank you for your question. It is unfortunate that you're having this problem. In general 18 weeks ( 41/2 mos) is a bit early to consider results final. I agree that some external modalities like Velashape or Sculpsure may help but I would give things a full 8- 9 months. It is difficult to know what caused the bumps. Some possible causes are quilting sutures from a no-drain technique, overaggressive liposuction, or bunching from excess skin. Only the operating surgeon can let you know that. Most of this should resolve at 3-4 months, but may take up to a year to resolve. I would encourage continued communication with your surgeon.
