What do you advise for my ripped stitches causing ugly scar and uneven contour?

Hello,Your scar is 3 to 4 cm to high along its entire extent. You have residual fat that can also be removed to achieve a soft muscular outline. In my hands I would perform high definition liposuction along entire abdomen and waist area and lower your scar as far as I could without disengaging your belly button. This is essentially a revision tummy tuck, and progressive tension sutures would be employed to maximally redrape skin without tension on your new incision, and obviate the need for a drain (s). Best of luck!

and your surgeon should acknowledge that when you bring it to his/her attention.  A scar revision can certainly help the area that separated IF it heals poorly as many of these scars to mature quite nicely.  As for the bump on the right end, that is a dog ear and a revision can take that down so the bump flattens.  If for some reason, you end up with a poor scar side to side, a complete revision may be needed but in the meantime, use of scar products could be beneficial so ask your surgeon about this if not already doing something.
