Any suggestions for uneven nostrils after alarplasty?

I had alarplasty 1 month ago. In the first week nostrils looked ok but then they started to change (I mean the left nostril) and it seems to me that left nostril tries to take shape of what it was before. There was unevenness before surgery and it was fixed. And now my left nostril goes upwards a little bit everyday and I also see that the stitch line shifts as well . It's not conspicious in pictures but I clearly see it in mirror. Is it swelling that makes nostril go up?

Swelling in the nostril area will probably take months (6 months or more) to completely resolve after surgery.  The swelling may vary at different times of the day(morning, evening) and this is also normal.

At 1 month, the area is still healing. If after 6 – 9 months the changes are visible and are bothering you, consult your surgeon and inquire if a revision is necessary.

At one month, you are still healing and you have to give tit time for the swelling to subside. This can take 6 months to a year or longer.
