Hi there! Did you have a history of acne which caused facial scarring? Subcision of the deeper scars would be a good starting point. From there, you can add Morpheus8 microneedling or proceed with a series of chemical peels to improve the skin. However, a medium chemical peel can be an effective option for PIH.In case of sunspots, it is necessary that you take precautions like applying SPF 50+ Sunscreen cream whenever you step out in the sun. Lasers are also a good option but you should keep in mind that no treatments are permanent and the aftercare you take after your treatment is equally important as the treatment itself.
