Your skin might have developed some kind of reaction to either a topical cream or while you were shaving. Kindly discontinue your product if you have used any recently and see if the spots resolve. If you are experiencing a lot of itchiness and redness due to those spots then apply a steroid cream which is prescribed by your dermatologist.
