I've always had this. When I smile, it smooths out and it almost unnoticeable, but its still puffy under my lips. I never really noticed it until someone pointed it out and asked me what it was. I don't know. And I can't find anything like it online. I've never seen anyone else with this. I hate it and I want to know if there is anything I can do to reduce it or remove it.
