I would like between 1500-1800 cc's per cheek and hips...I'm 5'7 232 pounds with a BMI of 35%...is this possible? (photo)

   I think that you have enough fat to allow 1500 cc to 1800 cc of fat per buttock.  Very few surgeons will transfer this much, because it is a near Herculean task to harvest this much pure fat.Kenneth Hughes, MDLos Angeles, CA

Based on your pictures, you are a great candidate for liposuction with BBL, and I think you'll get very good results. To determine the right amount of CC's to transfer in a BBL, an in-person consultation is in order, because it depends on a number of factors.
Liposuction allows your plastic surgeon to transform your entire shape. You can improve your abdomen, hips, back and flanks, and of course your buttock, to give you a nice heart shape.
In general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, be a non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 30 or less.
l recommend you to make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon to talk about your goals and anything you need to know.

I think that 1500-1800 cc of fat in each buttock is quite a lot and to actually obtain that amount of fat in one setting to place in the buttocks can often exceed the limit in the office setting. It is possible to stage this if the results with a bit less is not satisfactory.

Based on the pictures posted, a complete and thorough liposuction of the entire back and love handles, possibly the abdomen will enhance your figure and curves and fat transfer all the purified fat to the buttocks.
