No, it is not a right to have your operation filmed.  It doesn't hurt to ask, but I'm pretty sure that most will decline for a number of reasons including maintaining sterility, the surgeon's comfort, the staff's approval to be filmed to name a few.

Massage should break up that scar tissue / fat necrosis. If it doesn't work after 3-6 months of massage, you can have it removed under local in the office or OR. Good Luck
