Is it possible to get a tummy tuck, lipo and fat transfer to the buttocks at the same time?

What really determines if all of these procedures can be done at the same time is safety.  If you are otherwise healthy and medically cleared for surgery then it is up to your surgeon to next determine if s/he can get the procedure done in an otherwise safe fashion.  Glad to help.

Using variety of post operative position instructions, and specialized foams, I am doing more of these two procedures combined. Not every one is a candidate but when done correctly it has proven to be successful. As I am going to remove the lower abdomen, I harvest a lot of fat from it. Then, I remove more fat from the flanks and inject into the buttocks. At this point the patient's buttocks are well protected and the final stage of the procedure, the tummy tuck, is performed. To this date I have not seen issues with fat loss when these combinations are done together and proper precautions are taken. Of course, there is nothing wrong with staging these and doing them in separate sittings. Good Luck.

This combination is a smart idea for the patient who has excess skin and fat of the abdomen and wishes to have an improved rounded buttock contour. Actually it is very common combination which gives you a nice reshaping of your figure. If your hemoglobin levels are ok and your BMI is within range , there should be no inconvenience best wishes 

I prefer to stage the buttock augmentation using autologous fat. I like to use the abdominal fat as much as possible and then stage the tummy tuck.
