I'm a 40 yo mom of two children with small A/B breasts currently, worsened after breastfeeding. I will definitely need a lift but wondering if that limits size of implants.

Answer: How big a #breastimplant with #breastuplift
Hello, thank you for your question. I recommend you to discuss this with your board certified plastic surgeon, measurements of the chest wall and breast imprint width as well as knowledge of all breast implant sizes and profiles should make this process easy. Try on a profile bra...
What supports your breast is your own tissue which is stretched and saggy. Going smaller will be less weight and may hold up better. You could go with the size in between, the 325 cc implants. An internal bra might be helpful for you as well.
If you are a DD, you may not want to add more volume to have a larger breast and more risk of sag. You could consider a small breast reduction and an implant placed behind the muscle for better upper breast fullness.
